1. Consultation Policy

• All clients are entitled to a complimentary consultation session, lasting either 15 or 30 minutes.

• If the consultation exceeds 30 minutes, a fee of £15 will be charged for the additional time.

2. Deposit Policy

• To secure a booking for any hair colour service (including but not limited to balayage, airtouch, ombre, or full colour), a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The deposit amount will be deducted from the final service cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified in the cancellation policy below.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, if there are concerns about the service, clients are encouraged to contact us within 7 days to discuss potential solutions.

  • If a service is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-Shows:

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Service Adjustments

• We strive to ensure all clients are satisfied with their service. If you are unhappy with the outcome, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the situation and may offer adjustments or corrections at no additional cost, depending on the issue.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for any damages caused by client actions following the service, including but not limited to improper care or use of unapproved products.
